PDHP News from Ms. Allison Warfield – How Kids Can Maintain Physical Fitness During Social Distancing….

Dear St. Francis of Assisi School Community,

During this time of social distancing, you may not be able to go to the gym, but it’s okay to walk, run, play sports, have a scavenger hunt, or bike outside, so long as you keep a safe distance — ideally about six feet — from other people.  Plenty of research shows that everyday activities improve your overall health, so any amount of movement you can squeeze in counts.
